1. Reservation Policy

By making a reservation at Hotel LakeEnd Udaipur, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel management.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 02:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, or cash at the reception. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or "No Shows" will incur a penalty equivalent to one night's stay.

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the hotel. Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest or their invitees will be charged to the guest's account. Smoking and illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

5. Liability

Hotel LakeEnd Udaipur shall not be responsible for the loss of any valuables or personal belongings not deposited in the hotel's safety lockers. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your stay shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
